How you'll play your part

As the Insight Business Partner you will be the key contact for performance tracking and steering on all aspects of new and digital sales.

To be successful in this role you will need to be passionate about data as you will be responsible for the entire data suite and provide regular KPI reporting for new and digital vehicle sales, with the primary objective to enable the business to achieve their short, medium and long term strategic and operational objectives. You'll need excellent stakeholder management skills as you'll work closely with your colleagues in Sales to provide operational and strategic insight into key projects and initiatives, which will ultimately lead to their successful implementation.

You'll use your experience of working with data to develop a data-driven decision making culture through the utilisation of Power BI and automation tools to create efficiencies and develop new reporting concepts. Your primary objective in this role will be to enable business transformation by way of making insight readily available and accessible to all.

To be successful in this role, you must be numerate with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. IT skills must be of high level and you should have the ability to adapt to variety of systems, as well as have experience of working with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
