Working in our aftersales department as a Workshop Controller you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

What you'll do day to day Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop

Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets

Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers

Achieves agreed profits and retention levels<...
