Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role is in our Fixed networks team, our team is responsible for providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks across the Group. Want to come and be a part of it?
What will you be doing?
In this 12 month fixed term contract , you'll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, ensuring all client KPIs and SLAs are delivered to the highest standard. You'll work closely with Asset Owners to secure timely ZOI approvals while championing strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of what you do. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining precise records of ownership, progress, and approvals, as well as resolving issues promptly—escalating to the ZOI Manager when necessary. Above all, you'll ensure strict adherence to the ZOI Process and guidelines at all stages.

Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build lasting relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners. With proven coordination experience, you excel at bringing people and processes together, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes in every situation. Your proactive and collaborative approach will be key to driving team success.
