Location: Nottingham (NG11)
Pay: Up to £26,325 (£13.50 p/h) DOE
Working Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours p/w, on-site

We're working with a family-run, growing manufacturer of kitchens and fitted interiors looking for an Operations Coordinator to join its friendly team.

This is a varied, hands-on role sitting between the factory, suppliers, office, fitters and delivery team. You'll help keep materials, production, and projects moving smoothly, while getting involved in the practical side of the business.

This isn't a desk-based admin role. You'll need to be comfortable getting stuck in, solving problems and turning your hand to whatever is needed. Perhaps you're a production assistant, factory assistant, or workshop assistant seeking more variety and ownership.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating materials, deliveries and stock.
Liaising with suppliers and fitting teams.
Supporting production planning and keeping projects on track.
Checking incoming and outgoing goods.
Preparing and loading completed projects for delivery.
Helping resolve day-to-day production and delivery issues.
Supporting the factory team with practical tasks when required.

We're looking for someone:

With a background in manufacturing, production, joinery, cabinetry, furniture, workshops, warehouses or similar (ideally with kitchens, although this is not essential).
Who can confidently communicate with fitters, workshop workers and the retail team.
IT literate and comfortable using basic computer systems. Full training will be provided on internal systems.
With a Full UK Driving Licence.
Physically able to lift and move heavy items.
Organised and proactive.
Practical and hands-on.
Keen to learn and take on more responsibility.
Who has experience with, or an understanding of, machinery.
