The role:
Lead and manage a team within a high-volume cancellation/query department.
Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention.
Drive the overall strategy for the retention team, aligning it with company goals and objectives.
Analyse cancellation trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Design and execute training programs to empower the team to effectively convert cancellations into renewed customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to enhance the overall customer experience and retention.
Monitor key retention metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
About you:
Proven experience in managing a team, preferably within a retention or customer service environment.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing retention strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a high volume of cancellations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in the software industry is a plus, however B2B experience is considered
Package:
Up to £65,000 OTE £100,000 (uncapped)
