The role
Act as a Senior Technical Consultant for key clients
Partner with account teams to provide technical expertise
Act as an owner for the IT Infrastructure portfolio, including service delivery and contractual metrics
Drive continuous improvement projects and innovative tech solutions
Work closely with key clients on their IT strategy roadmap
Develop, coach and mentor L3/L4 engineers
The Person
Strong experience in systems administration
Experience working directly with enterprise level clients - ideally 2+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager
Experience managing teams of engineers
Experienced in service delivery on an international scale
Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, virtualisation, data centres
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
The salary range for this role is up to £70,000.
