Primary Purpose: As a Product Manager in ARC’s Medical Device RegTech business unit, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of advanced solutions in the emerging area of medical device regulatory technology. You will be instrumental in building solutions that expedite compliance, launch clinical trials of innovative devices as well as medicines that rely on medical devices for safety and efficacy, and that build high-quality regulatory submissions for clinical research and product marketing approvals in global markets. You will bring together a deep understanding of advanced tech, software roadmap and product development expertise, customer focus and internal stakeholder management to develop solutions that bring kinder therapies to patients. Team cohesion is paramount. You will work in parallel with the commercial team, including customer success and market insights, to deliver on our clients’ needs and to grow the company’s SaaS product portfolio in line with our near and longer-term commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

Process and Product Definition: Work closely with the Commercial team to develop a deep understanding of ARC360 customers and the market requirements, customer discovery effectively establishing our “product market fit”, customer decision-making process, decision-making unit personas and end user requirements. Consolidate our market insights and customer intelligence to develop an iterative, flexible and fully functional product development process to clearly define the ARC360 product roadmap accelerating market success of an intelligent digital regulatory solution.

Product Development: Lead a team of engineers in the delivery of agreed products and features, ensuring that development activity and timelines are in line with the product roadmap and commercial objectives.

Collaborate with an agile engineering team to manage sprints, lead story time, develop features and product releases.

Prioritise use cases, product messaging and themes for development.

Client training and education: Develop product training materials and workshops to educate clients on product features, best practises and industry trends.

Lead requirement discovery sessions with clients and prospects

Foster a continuous improvement mindset: develop a customer-centric culture in the Product Management and Product Delivery functions by:

Coaching and mentoring SaaS delivery teams on Agile/Lean practices for product delivery.

Act as a subject matter expert and advise various internal, partner, and customer teams on the needs and requirements of the target markets.

Work with Marketing to define and articulate value proposition of ARC360's evolving offering.

Develop internal training workshops and coaching available to the entire SaaS business where required.

Supporting the effective management of projects running simultaneously, ensuring appropriate controls are in place and delivery exceeds customers’ and partners’ expectations within budget and scope.

Supporting the creation and management of project plans, monitoring, and reporting on project activities.

Providing regular updates internally regarding projects progress, risks, and issues management.

Developing improvement plans to enable self-organising teams.

Retention and expansion: Support Customer Success in customer retention and expansion efforts through feature development allowing upselling, cross-selling and renewal activities, identifying opportunities for growth within existing strategic accounts (KAM).

Performance Tracking: Deliver efficiency by driving productivity, increasing automation, and enhancing clients’ ability to self-service. Monitor key performance indicators to track customer health and satisfaction (in collaboration with QA)

Customer success initiatives: Participate in customer success initiatives e.g. focus groups, webinars and customer appreciation events to foster community engagement and promote customer loyalty. Contribute to a deep understanding of market, market segments, product market fit in various market segments. collaborate with the sales and go to market teams to drive the field and customer engagement plans, including early adopter programs

Business Productivity: Contribute to the development of advanced internal solutions that automate processes and deliver at speed for our internal and external customers.

Commercial Departmental Support: when required, provide assistance to sales on proposal enhancements and relevant marketing messaging. Partner with both the COO and CCO to provide insights and guidance on new sales opportunities in order maximize ARR.

Qualifications/Attainments

Proven work experience in product management or associate product manager.

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to senior management.

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.

Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in an organization.
