HR Assistant

My client, an SME based in Whiteley is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the HR Manager, Duties include:
Assisting with recruitment
Assisting with onboarding and offboarding
Entering employment data into the company database
Processing and maintaining employee records
Updating and tracking all types of employee absence (e.g. holiday, sickness, maternity)
Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
Assisting Managers with co-ordination of reviews, end of probation and appraisals
Sourcing and scheduling employee training
Supporting the HR Manager on all HR matters
Liaising with our external legal advisers as and when required
Assisting with payroll queries
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong HR Administration experience
Be able to communicate effectively at all levels
Be comfortable working full time in the office; hours are 8.30 - 5
