Robert Half are delighted to be exclusively partnering with Mypinpad, in supporting with the hire of an HR Advisor to join the team. This is a permanent, fully remote role, working 30 hours per week. Candidates must be able to travel to Cardiff/Bath every 6-8 weeks.

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional, to support the HR Director in the position of HR Advisor. With circa 60 employees globally, as HR Advisor you will offer support and guidance on a range of HR related matters, as a first point of contact. Additionally, you will oversee HR administration, guiding and developing the Group Administrator, and managing an effective and efficient process.
This role will suit someone who is organised and detail focused and demonstrates a strong commercial understanding.
Responsibilities
Provide generalist HR support across the business, facilitating effective working relationships with global colleagues
Working with the Group Administrator, take ownership of the full Employee Lifecycle, ensuring positive and effective end to end process
Employee Relations - develop ER knowledge, support on any ER issues, collaborating with the Head of HR to resolve any issues
Development of Policies and Compliance - keeping up to date with any changes in employment legislating, making sure company policy is up to date & compliant
Optimising HR reporting and systems, providing insights on key metrics
Support and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement
Support with Learning and Development, identifying training needs and coordinating development sessions
Support with recruitment, working with line management to understand needs, identify relevant talent, and assist with interview process
Person Specification
Proven experience in a similar HR role
CIPD qualified
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
Demonstrable experience of managing HR projects
Works in a flexible and adaptable manner
Experience working in a remote first role
Excellent communication skills, able to build effective working relationships in a remote capacity
