Production Supervisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a global manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a high performing company in Leeds, manufacturing products for regulated markets.

You’ll be overseeing a team of 20-30 staff and effectively planning the production schedule to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership and be part of a busy, sales driven production team, focusing on productivity and efficiencies.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday days with an early finish Friday

Salary: £40,000

Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:

Leading and supervising a team in a busy, regulated environment

Overseeing a number of industrial machinery processes, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outputs

Planning and scheduling production activities with a methodical and proactive mindset

Monitoring equipment constraints, analysing data, and solving problems before they escalate

Ensuring strict adherence to compliance and safety procedures

Communicating effectively across departments to keep everything on track

We're keen to speak with experienced Production Supervisors with the below skills & experience:

Technical mindset - ideally from a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical, heavy engineering)

Proven experience in production leadership role

Strong communication skills - you know how to manage up and keep everyone in the loop

A methodical and proactive approach to planning and problem-solving

Comfortable with data analysis and decision-making based on real-time information

This role would suit candidates who have previously held roles such as Production Team Leader, Shift Manager, Production Supervisor.
