This permanent opportunity will involve leading a team of 25-30 production staff / team leaders, within a fast-paced, technically demanding manufacturing environment.

Production Supervisor - The Role Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will supervise and develop production employees while managing safety, quality, cost, throughput and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

Achieving daily production KPIs

Coaching employees to improve quality and performance

Leading health and safety investigations, risk assessments and audits

Identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing improvement projects

Driving continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and 6S

Applying the Theory of Constraints to improve throughput

Developing team leaders and improving employee engagement

Ensuring compliance with company safety, quality and operational procedures

Working with other departments to improve performance
