RESPONSIBILITIES The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant will:- Be responsible for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect, and other integrations- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and writing statements of work- Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders- Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or data sources- Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud
SKILLS As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant you must have:- Proficiency in solution design and build processes, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.- Strong technical knowledge of AMPScript, HTML, and SQL, enabling you to develop custom solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges with ease.- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.- Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.Experience working hands-on in Marketing Cloud implementations, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms
QUALIFICATIONS As a minimum hold a Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
