Reed HR are working with an International Software Company based in Central London to recruit a Senior HR Manager on a Permanent basis. Salary circa £55,000 - £65,000 per annum. This job will operate on a hybrid working basis with days worked both from the office and from home each week.
This job will work in a standalone capacity to support the growth and development of a high performing workplace culture. You will partner with Line Managers across the business on a range of generalist HR duties encompassing the entire employee life cycle, including updating and reviewing policies and processes, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, strategic development, Learning & Development and more.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives and values
Lead on all Operational aspects of HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations casework.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers
Support managers with all aspects of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, offboarding and development.
Ensure compliance with both UK and international employment law.
