Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a Service Desk Assistant to join their team for a 2-month contract. As a Service Desk Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties required:

Providing support to the service desk by answering incoming calls and assisting with customer inquiries.

Meeting and greeting clients, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Managing emails, responding promptly to inquiries and forwarding messages to the relevant departments.

Liaising with different departments, coordinating efforts to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely solutions.

Skills required:

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Strong administration skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails.
