Executive Assistant to Founding Partners


The Company

An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a leading global private equity firm based in beautiful offices in central London. This is a dynamic, entrepreneurial business that has experienced significant growth in recent years. Their London office is home to an established team of Executive Assistants who work closely together and are highly valued across the business.


The Role

This is a true Executive Assistant position supporting two founding Partners. Sitting at the heart of the business, the role offers the opportunity to become a trusted partner to highly influential executives, managing competing priorities within a fast-paced and high-performing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive and complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Managing expenses and administrative support for the Partners
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining relationships with executives, advisors and industry contacts
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Supporting the wider EA team and collaborating across the business
  • Assisting with the organisation of events and team activities
  • Managing occasional personal administration for the Partners


The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. They will be proactive, adaptable and highly organised, with the confidence to build relationships at the most senior level.


Previous experience supporting senior executives within private equity, investment management, financial services or another professional services environment would be advantageous.
