Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | Occasional Weekend Shifts | 37.5 Hours Per Week | 14:30 to 22:30

Salary: £29,500 Per Year | £15.13 Per Hour

What you'll be serving up...
As a Supervisor , you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Restaurant/Café/Lounge areas.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standards
Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety procedures
Manage staff scheduling and daily tasks
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Support training and development of team members
Report operational updates and challenges to management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
