Support cross-School, -College, and -university projects and initiatives.
Assist with buildings, space, and recruitment matters as directed.
Requirements: Degree level education or equivalent qualifications and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Experience working in a large and complex organization is preferred.
Knowledge of research project administration and financial processes is desirable.
Understanding of STEM fields relevant to Healthcare Technologies is an advantage.
