Managing salary sacrifice schemes and processing sick and holiday pay
Adjusting pay and managing the Payroll inbox
Administering pensions and addressing related queries and opt-outs
Handling P11D car processing and staying updated on payroll legislation
Supporting reconciliation with HMRC and addressing payroll queries
Maintaining stakeholder relationships and participating in projects like ERP integration and payroll system enhancements
The Payroll Officer will require the following skills and experience: Proficient in Sage Payroll
3+ years in fast-paced, in-house payroll
Advanced Excel skills
Strong collaborator and relationship-builder
Highly organised and deadline-driven
Effective communicator at all levels
Self-motivated with strong time management
Able to build a strong working relationship with the in house HR department
