Temporary - Monday - Friday 8:30-15:00

£13.25ph.

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for administration? Our client, a reputable organisation in the Property sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to support their team in Penarth. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment where your skills will make a significant impact.

About the Role:

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings

Maintaining accurate records and databases

Preparing reports and presentations

Providing exceptional support to team members and management

Handling administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operationsKey Requirements:

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
