Job Description

Join Our Team as an Administrator/Documentor!

Are you ready to take on a key role in a dynamic and busy manufacturing environment? Our client, a leading global organisation based in Barry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator/Documentor to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months on a full time basis, 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do:

As an Administrator/Documentor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that all paperwork and documentation processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily Duties:
  • Run reports to retrieve work required for printing.
  • Print and distribute work packs for various departments.
  • Update files with hours and technical findings.
  • Ensure compliance paperwork is accurate and submitted to the integrity department.
  • Weekly Tasks:
  • Print work packs for lubrication, pipework, welding, and rotating services.
  • Prepare and email service work orders
  • Monthly Responsibilities:
  • Run reports and print lubrication work orders for the team.
  • Ongoing Administration:
  • Update databases and spreadsheets as needed.
  • File documentation both electronically and manually.
  • Manage incoming paperwork for different departments.
  • Assist with any other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as required.

Who You Are:

  • Proficient in data entry and data management.
