£250-£300/day (Inside IR35)

Milton Keynes / Hybrid (2 days onsite)

6-Month Contract

We're supporting an established insurance organisation looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Portfolio team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, staying on top of actions, and providing essential support to busy project teams. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, following up on actions, and helping keep delivery activities running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinating meetings, workshops, and project forums
Taking minutes and tracking actions
Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and key documentation
Chasing updates from stakeholders and project teams
Preparing status reports and governance packs
Providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and the wider portfolio team

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, PMO Administrator, or similar support role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
