Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedClient Managerto join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking hours that fit around school commitments, offering flexibility whilst maintaining a rewarding and professional career in practice.

As a Client Manager your role will involve:

  • Managing a portfolio of 40–50 clients across a range of sectors.
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for limited companies & sole traders.
  • Preparing and submitting VAT Returns.
  • Preparing Corporation Tax returns.
  • Preparing Personal Tax returns.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Responding to client queries and providing ongoing support and advice.
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc client and practice matters as required.

The Ideal Client Manager candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients independently.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise work and manage deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive and organised approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Experience with the following software would be highly advantageous:

  • CCH
  • Xero
  • TaxCalc
  • FreeAgent
