Credit Controller We're recruiting on behalf of a thriving financial services company based in Tamworth, with one full-time and two part-time roles available.Full Time - 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - FridayPart Time - 9:30am - 2:30pm Monday - FridayThis is not a sales position. Instead, you'll be speaking with customers to discuss overdue accounts, helping them find suitable payment arrangements in a professional, supportive, and understanding way.The RoleAs a Collections Advisor, you'll play an important part in supporting customers to bring their accounts back on track while providing outstanding customer service throughout every interaction.Your responsibilities will include:Making outbound calls to customers with overdue invoice payments, with the aim of resolving each case during the first conversation.
