Accountant

Are you a Practice Accountant with no less then 5 years Practice experience? Are you comfortable doing a set of Accounts for Sole Traders right through to £Multi Million companies? This company is a thriving and dynamic small Accountancy Practice located in Leicester, and they are dedicated to providing high quality financial services to a diverse client base. As they begin the first stage of their growth journey, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Practice Accountant to joint them.

THE ROLE:

As a Practice Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their clients’ financial success. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to help them make informed business decisions. The role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a collaborative and supporting work environment. Key aspects of this role will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Managing a portfolio of clients from Sole Traders to large Limited Companies.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and management accounts.
• Assisting with tax planning.
• Providing financial advice and guidance.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you need to have proven experience of working with Practice with strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations and financial reporting. You must have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in account software such as Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
