Job Description :

As a Senior React Developer you will design build and maintain the user facing parts of web applications creating interactive accessible and visually appealing experiences.You will also act as POD lead and supporting Junior react developer.

Responsibilities:

Own frontend system design for key journeys, balancing performance, accessibility, security, scalability, and developer experience.Build reusable component libraries and patterns to drive consistency across products and teams.Improve existing codebases by debugging issues, enhancing layouts, and adding new functionality with high-quality engineering practices.Champion accessibility (e.g., semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, ARIA where appropriate) and inclusive design practices.Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, backend engineers, and QA to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.Drive code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and ways of working.
