Warehouse Supervisor

A successful and growing business is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to take ownership of daily warehouse activities, lead a motivated team, and help drive high standards across the warehouse operation.

Offering a salary of £32,000-£34,000 per annum based in Aylesbury.

Duties

* Lead, motivate and support warehouse operatives to meet targets

* Allocate workloads, monitor performance and lead daily briefings

* Train, coach and guide warehouse staff

* Support goods in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch

* Ensure accurate stock receipt, recording and rotation within SAP

* Maintain stock accuracy through checks and stock takes

* Supervise order fulfilment, vehicle loading and timely dispatch

* Resolve stock discrepancies, shortages and operational issues

* Maintain housekeeping, health, safety, and compliance standards

* Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required

Experience

* Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor role

* Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management processes

* Experience using warehouse management systems, including SAP

* Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills

* Strong organisational and workload planning abilities

* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Hands on approach with the ability to support operational activities when needed

* Forklift licence and driving experience
