Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets across designated territories and client segments.
Global Partner Management : Nurture and expand relationships with channel partners worldwide, driving accountability and optimizing RUBY-FILL sales performance.
Market Development : Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, selecting and cultivating strategic channel partnerships for sustained growth.
Client Engagement : Engage with existing and prospective clients, qualifying leads, and closing sales transactions while fostering enduring relationships.
Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of the curve by gathering and sharing valuable business insights from the field, ensuring our strategies remain agile and competitive.
Brand Representation : Serve as a brand ambassador for Jubilant Radiopharma and RUBY-FILL at industry events, networking with key stakeholders to enhance our presence globally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
7-10 years of proven sales experience in Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, or related healthcare industries.
Background in Nuclear Medicine Technology advantageous.
Proficiency in additional languages a strong asset.
Knowledge of healthcare markets in Europe or other ROW regions highly desirable.
Communication: Clear, effective communication with channel partners.
Market Insight: Understanding of medical distribution in target countries.
Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of pharmaceutical or medical concepts.
Sales Acumen: Familiarity with institutional and B2B sales processes.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in multiple languages advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork.
Initiative: Self-starter with a drive for success.
