Day to day of the role: Deliver content that reflects the brand’s tone of voice with high accuracy, including social media posts, blogs, webpages, guides, and case studies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling all social-related queries or requests.
Manage the brand’s social media channels, including content creation, writing, and scheduling using CMS.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce multimedia content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
Create effective newsletter campaigns with clear calls to action to drive website traffic.
Assist the marketing team with design ideas and complete ad hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Business Studies, or a relevant field is preferred.
Experience with CMS such as WordPress, SEMrush, and Sendinblue.
Proficiency in optimising content for SEO, including social media content, blogs, and webpages.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to develop collaborative relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
