Who can I work for?

You could find yourself working for a design department of a company in a specialist sector – so gaming through to manufacturing – or for a design agency that works for clients across a range of industries.

Where and when can I work?

Most roles are office based and you will normally work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, however certain projects may require overtime. Studio manager jobs are available throughout the UK but the bigger creative agencies are based in London.

What can I earn?

Salary is dependant on your location and the sector you work in but studio managers can expect to earn between £25,000 and £70,000 – with most averaging around £40,000.

What are the benefits?

Overseeing a project from final concept through to completion, as well as developing creative minds, brings enormous job satisfaction.

Are there chances of promotion?
