Customer Service Advisor Chessington, Surrey Salary of £25,000 – £27,000 per annum.Hours: 9-5pm Office based with parking.
Our client is a leading company in sales, marketing, and distribution to the UK food services industry.
Main responsibilities
Processing sales and sample orders on the Access (ERP) system
Answer customer queries in a timely manner related to items such as: Stock Levels, Price, Delivery and Lead times.
Booking deliveries with customer warehouses.
Arrange and prepare relevant documentation for transportation of goods with relevant carriers.
Support field-based sales team.
Liaise with other departments to fulfil customer requirements.
General ad hoc administration and filing.
Essential Candidate experience/skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong customer services background
Confident telephone manner
Organised with attention to detail.
Proactive ‘Can Do’ approach.
Good numeracy skills
Team player
Location The office is located in Chessington, Surrey and is accessible by car, K2 Bus route and Tolworth train station is approximately 15 minutes’ walk.
