Role Description
We are searching for a dynamic, self-starter, with the ability to engage at all levels of leadership to fulfil this full-time, on-site role, 8 and 2 rotation, Project Security Manager's position located in Qarshi, Uzbekistan. The site is multi-billion dollar industrial investment for a Fortune 500 client.
The Project Security Manager will be responsible for conducting gap analysis against corporate and international security risk management standards, production and maintenance of the full spectrum security governance system, overseeing security operations, implementing security measures, conducting risk assessments, developing security plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing crisis responses. They will also provide expertise in physical security, and security management.
Qualifications
Masters Degree in a relevant discipline
Relevant industry specific certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
Membership of industry associations to demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development
Minimum of 6 year's experience in similar roles (Central Asian regional experience viewed positively)
Knowledge of risk assessment and crisis management
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English with strong IT skills, you will be fully conversant with the full Microsoft Office Suite of applications
