We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and communicative Sales Administrator to join our team 2-3 days a week. You will play a vital role in driving business growth by preparing accurate quotations, actively following up on outstanding leads, and building strong, lasting relationships with our clients to secure new business.
Write up, calculate, and send clear, accurate quotations for plumbing, heating, oil systems, and air conditioning inquiries based on engineer notes and site visits.
Serve as the primary, welcoming point of contact for sales inquiries—building trust, understanding customer needs, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships.
Identify opportunities to offer complementary products or services (e.g., annual heating servicing, system power flushes, air conditioning maintenance contracts).
Maintain an organised log of all open quotes, follow-up dates, and conversion rates to provide regular updates to company management.
