Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Banbury. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including generating leads, building customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Knowledge of the electric and hybrid industry
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the Automotive or Aerospace industry is a plus
