Due to a significant increase in demand across our business, we're expanding our team with multiple opportunities available. These roles have been created to support a number of exciting change and transformation initiatives, while also aligning our resources to meet current and future business needs

Purpose of the role: Extract, define, and manage technical requirements with key stakeholders.

Lead the sub-system design and integration process using Systems Engineering principles.

Develop and manage sub-system requirements and flow them down to Component Design and Functional Engineering teams.

Generate and assess sub-system concepts to meet product performance, safety, and lifecycle requirements.

Manage physical and functional interfaces between systems and sub-systems.

Support verification and validation planning throughout the product lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, process enhancement, and knowledge capture.

As a Systems Engineer you will: Strong Systems Engineering background within a complex engineering environment.

Experience managing technical requirements, verification, and validation activities.

Understanding of APQP, FMEA, and Risk Management techniques.

Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capability
