Location: Liverpool (Office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team at their Liverpool office.

This is a varied and busy position supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You'll play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting Health & Safety administration, managing accreditation portals, assisting with tender opportunities, and uniform requirements, and providing general office support.

This role would ideally suit someone with previous administration experience within the construction industry who understands compliance requirements, industry processes, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company accreditation portals, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up to date.

  • Assist with the company's annual ISO assessment.

  • Support Health & Safety administration, records, and compliance requirements.

  • Audit company vehicles to ensure appropriate Health & Safety equipment is in place.

  • Assist with identifying and monitoring tender opportunities.

  • Coordinate company vehicles, fleet administration, and associated documentation.

  • Arrange and manage company uniform orders.

  • Prepare and collate Construction Phase Plan (CPP) documentation for projects.

  • Provide administrative support to the management and operational teams.

  • Handle incoming telephone calls and emails professionally.

  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and company documentation.

  • Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administration role.

  • Experience within the construction, engineering, or a related industry is highly desirable.

  • Good understanding of construction compliance, accreditation processes, and Health & Safety administration.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Professional telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy office environment.

  • Experience supporting tender submissions, bids, or accreditation platforms would be advantageous.
