Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst role is with one of the UK's leading AV solutions specialists. You own Salesforce backlog and roadmap, prioritise by business value, and translate business needs into well-scoped requirements for the AI Enablement team and MSP partner.

You map processes, identify automation opportunities, and ensure changes deliver measurable benefits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain internal system knowledge, and help embed AI capabilities into Salesforce
