What you will need to Apply: To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a telephone centre environment and have a proactive approach to their sales work. Applicants must have excellent communication abilities and be able to handle potentially difficult situations effectively. Candidates will be goal-orientated with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales targets. What you will get in Return: The company are offering the successful applicant a starting salary of £22,500 depending on previous experience, which will increase with time and dedication from the job holder. Further to this there will also be a strong package, including a competitive holiday allowance with the option to purchase more days, solutions for life assurance and health plans, employee programs and a whole range of perks and discounts, both with the company and via third party means too.There is a strong commission potential with this job, with some employees currently taking home up to an additional £15,000 on top of their base salary a year, therefore this could be a very rewarding opportunity for the right individual. As well as this, there will be the option for hybrid working once probation has been passed.The company promises to hold regular meetings and appraisals with their employees in order to determine training and progression needs, with fantastic materials and resources being provided whenever it is required.
