Electrical Project Manager

We are currently working with a leading national M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their permanent delivery team.The business delivers high-quality Mechanical & Electrical installation projects across a range of commercial and mixed-use developments. They are well established within the industry and have a strong pipeline of secured work, offering long-term stability and progression for the right candidate.This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion within a fast-paced and structured environment.Key Responsibilities:Full project lifecycle management of electrical installation worksLead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersManage project programmes, budgets, and commercial performanceAttend client meetings and lead coordination discussionsOversee design coordination, technical submissions, and installation qualityEnsure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company proceduresManage commissioning, testing, and project handover documentationRequirements:Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or building services sectorStrong background delivering commercial construction or fit-out projectsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and programmes effectivelyAbility to interpret technical drawings and manage design coordinationSMSTS and ECS/CSCS (or equivalent) essentialOrganised, proactive, and delivery-focused approachBenefits:Permanent position with long-term securityCompetitive salary (DOE) + packageStrong pipeline of secured national projectsCareer development and progression opportunitiesOpportunity to work with a well-established and growing M&E contractor
