Mechanical Contracts Manager Position Overview
Preparing cost pricing and estimates for new mechanical / HVAC works / reactive works
Carry out any amendments or variations to existing projects / contracts
Review technical drawings and specifications for take offs to create a materials list
Regular contact with customers to keep them updated
Managing labour, both direct and sub-contractors
Working from the office in Gloucester and visiting sites around the local area as and when required.
Mechanical Contracts Manager Position Requirements
Technical background, within the HVAC industry
Experience in a similar role.
Based within commutable distance to Gloucester
Previous design experience advantageous
HNC in building services desirable
SMSTS desirable
Mechanical Contracts Manager Position Remuneration
£42,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
Company car and fuel card
28 days annual leave
Working hours 8am - 4:30pm
