Account Manager - Poole - £31,500 per annum

You’ll be the driving force behind key accounts in Power & Utilities and Marine, with real visibility for the impact you make.

This Account Manager role, based in Poole, puts you at the centre of a nine strong team, each owning their own portfolio and building relationships that last.

With a salary of £31,500 plus a performance linked commission scheme, your results are recognised and rewarded.

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries within agreed service levels
• Managing quotation requests, coordinating pricing, stock and delivery information with internal teams
• Analysing customer accounts to identify opportunities for growth and profitability
• Building strong, lasting customer relationships through proactive service
• Promoting existing and new product opportunities within your accounts
• Conducting account reviews and supporting wider business development activity

As an Account Manager, your experience will include:

• Previous B2B or B2C customer facing experience
• Confidence communicating with customers by phone, email and virtual meetings
• A genuine interest in developing commercial awareness and using data to spot opportunities
• Strong relationship building skills with customers and colleagues alike
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, staying positive under pressure
