We're currently seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to join a New Business team. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our portfolio by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, prospect qualification, and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted research and networking.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Prospecting: Initiate engagements with potential partners and pitch our services. Qualification: Screen leads and develop tailored proposals aligned with customer needs.
Pipeline management : Maintain accurate records of opportunities and respond promptly to inquiries. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to support business development initiatives.
Reporting : Prepare presentations and reports on pipeline activities for stakeholders.
Networking & Relationship building : Represent our company at events, building relationships and showcasing capabilities.
Requirments
Self-motivated with drive and ambition
Previous customer-facing or business development experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for developing partnerships
Strong team player with excellent organizational skills
High commercial awareness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
