This is a role for someone who understands that great hospitality is about people .

As General Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation - setting the tone, creating the atmosphere and inspiring your team to deliver memorable experiences every single day.

You'll be the face of the venue, the person who brings everyone together and the leader who makes sure the restaurant feels full of energy, personality and those unmistakable feel-good vibes .

You'll balance commercial performance with genuine people leadership , driving the business forward while creating an environment where your team can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

Taking full ownership of the day-to-day operation

Leading, inspiring and developing a passionate hospitality team

Creating an outstanding guest experience from the moment customers walk through the door

Driving sales, profitability and commercial performance

Building a strong, engaged and high-performing team

Coaching and mentoring your management team and developing future leaders

Setting and maintaining exceptional standards across service, food, drinks and hospitality

Creating strong relationships with the local community and growing the business

Managing performance while keeping the team motivated, supported and having fun

Leading from the front and being a visible, energetic presence in the restaurant

Identifying opportunities to improve, innovate and make the business even better

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for an experienced General Manager or strong Senior Manager who has the confidence, personality and commercial awareness to lead a busy hospitality operation.

You'll be:
