We're supporting a large, purpose-led organisation as it continues an exciting period of transformation and growth. As part of an investment in its finance function, there are opportunities for experienced Finance Partners to join a team that is evolving, expanding and increasing its influence across the wider business.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional management accounting role.

You'll work closely with operational leaders, becoming a trusted adviser within your business areas. You'll provide insight, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive value through effective financial planning and decision-making.

Partner with senior operational stakeholders across key service areas

Lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities

Provide meaningful financial insight and performance analysis

Support investment decisions and business cases

Drive continuous improvement and value-for-money initiatives

Influence positive change across a complex and evolving organisation

Be part of a finance team that is increasing its visibility and strategic impact across the business

About You

We're interested in speaking with individuals who:

Are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, although strong PQ/QBE candidates will also be considered

Have strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience

Enjoy building relationships and influencing stakeholders

Are naturally curious, proactive and solutions-focused

Can identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement

Thrive in a fast-paced environment where not everything is already mapped out

Have experience partnering with operational or non-finance teams

Sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate transferable business partnering experience and a genuine desire to make an impact.
