Job Description

Are you looking for a back office role within a supportive environment? This is a role where your organisational skills and attention to detail are valued. As an Administration Assistant in this client-oriented team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

In this predominantly administration role, you will assist the Manager and support various internal teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: -

* Scanning essential documentation

* Managing renewals process

* Updating client records

As this team deals with client interactions, you will also provide extra support to the customer services team, but your primary focus will be back office administration and processing. The aim of the department is to ensure that every client interaction meets the highest standard.

What sets this administration role apart is the commitment to your personal growth - even though this is a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be given training and you will always be encouraged to identify and recommend improvements to processes and the customer journey.

To succeed in this administration role, you should have previous experience in an office environment, familiarity with Microsoft packages, and a proven track record of understanding and delivering excellent customer service.
