The role focuses on JUNO and related infrastructure with high user activity across varied security levels.Responsibilities include escalated support from 2nd line, complex fault resolution, and ensuring SLA/KPI achievement. Strong VMware/VDI, HCI, SAN, backup, Windows/Linux, and networking skills are essential.
