The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and training of machines. Demonstrate excellent customer facing skills whilst remaining calm and resolving any challenge’s on site in an amicable manor in line with company policy. Advising the help desk and schedulers on any site base and machine issues. Able to communicate and liaise with the business in the support of all its products. The Individual must be focused on delivering and driving solutions through ownership. Electrical breakdown competent
Mechanical breakdown competent
Training customers
Supporting customers and the helpdesk on technical and customer issues
Understanding mechanical drawings
Problem solve and troubleshoot in the event of difficulties arriving from an intervention.
