The Role:
You will be part of a team that oversees the circuit design, prototyping, testing, and integration of hardware essential for Launch Management systems, datalink and communications systems, and the provision of embedded computing resources for larger Command and Control systems.
As an Electronics Design Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting high-integrity, intricate systems for our state-of-the-art products, while also possessing the ability to enhance process efficiency.
Joining our team, your extensive and up-to-date expertise in electronic engineering will be instrumental in designing the electronic equipment necessary for the safe, reliable, and efficient integration of products into our platforms.
What we are looking for:
Ideally, we’re seeking candidates who hold a degree in a relevant field, with post-qualification experience in electronic design, development, and delivery. Preference will be given to those with specific experience in Electronic Design or Power Electronics and some experience leading electronic design projects are highly desirable.
We value individuals who demonstrate a willingness to challenge conventional approaches and introduce innovative ideas.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Due to the nature of the business, all candidates need to be able to obtain UK Security Clearance as a mandated requirement. Therefore, if successful, you will need to provide proof of identity, employment history and right to work in the UK, along with proof of UK residency for at least five years.
