Assistant Manager — AI & Power Platform | UK | Up to £85,000

I'm working with a leading technology consultancy that is scaling its Data & AI capability and is looking for exceptional Assistant Managers to help build and deliver this next generation of solutions.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond being purely a developer and become a technical leader, consultant and trusted advisor.

The opportunity:

• Design and deliver sophisticated Power Platform and AI solutions
• Work directly with enterprise clients on AI and automation transformation
• Lead technical workstreams and smaller delivery teams
• Mentor Power Platform Developers and engineers
• Work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot / Copilot Studio and Azure
• Help shape AI-led propositions and new client solutions
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Develop your consulting, leadership and commercial experience alongside your technical expertise

The key is that you're already operating above purely hands-on development.

You understand Power Platform deeply, have genuine exposure to AI / Copilot, and want your next move to give you greater ownership, client exposure and leadership responsibility.

I'm particularly interested in candidates coming from strong consulting, systems integration or technology environments where you've delivered Power Platform solutions at enterprise scale.

Salary: Up to £85,000 + package
