The Building Surveyor's role
The selected Building Surveyor will be entrusted with a multifaceted portfolio, including the drafting of detailed specifications, managing private residential projects, overseeing substantial extensions ranging from £250k to £500k, and handling educational projects valued over £1M.
This position is not only project-focused but also allows the Building Surveyor to showcase their dedication, drive, and commitment to exceptional client service.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or equivalent.
Proven capabilities in project management, adding significant value to the team.
A strong understanding of Party Wall matters and Dilapidations.
A track record of success in negotiation, as well as supervisory and leadership roles.
Knowledgeable about Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
