Project Manager

Job Description

Role Overview

You’ll play a pivotal role in complex HubSpot CRM implementations, large website builds, or marketing campaign implementations. You’ll cover the full project lifecycle for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve project blockers to deliver on time and to budget.
  • Act as a specialist for one of only a handful of global Elite HubSpot partners>
  • Ask critical questions and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across web and software development.

Who You Are

  • You thrive on keeping everyone on track within a framework.
  • You’re a completer/finisher who enjoys lists.
  • You understand the importance of stakeholder communication.
  • You immerse yourself in our systems and processes to become the client expert.
  • You have curiosity about web and software development.
  • You keep a keen eye on the budget.
  • Preferably hold a formal qualification such as Prince2 or PMP.
